great smart phone with larger screen

I had heard great things about Samsung and when Best Buy had this great sale on the Galaxy J3 i decided to give it a try. I think it is great with the apps I have added like Weight watcher international and fitbit track.

However im not sure if its the phone or virgin mobile but once i activated this phone it takes days of download attempts to open pics or group messages.
