I just love my new cell phone and it's easy to use

Just bought the phone today so it's too soon to review the product but the service was A+. Kyle the blue shirt was very helpful & courteous....he set up & transferred all the data from the old phone onto the new one. All we had to do was pay the bill.

I bought this phone a year ago for my teenage daughter and she has been quite happy with it. I bought my teenage son one this year. The only fault I found with it is that she does not like group messages as they need to be opened as an attachment.

I like it but its not great. You pay $150 and i think there is a lot better phones you can get. Its ok. There is nothing great about it. The camera isnt great. You have to turn off wifi to download pictures. The guy told me that was common but ive been with virgin mobile and ive never had to do that with any other smart phone. Idk. Its ok. Thats all i got. I wouldnt buy it again but im also not going to return it. So it does its job i guess. For a pre paid plan its ok. They didnt have any other options for a quality smart phone at best buy in virgin obile so its what i could get.

Good phone... good price.... have liked it so far.

Good phone, connects well , also to social media and the camera is good for quick shots.

As a smart phone (my first), it performs up to expectations. The drawback for my lower rating is the camera. It is very sensitive to movement and very hard to keep steady for a clear picture.

Bought this smart phone for my 18 year old daughter as a replacement for another Samsung that she had for about 3 years. She's able to waste just as much time with this one as she was with the old one so I guess it meets with her approval.

samsung phone was much faster than my previous lg phones. good features include texts that pop up and able to respond in the actual notification.

I initially bought a Samsung J7 and had lots of trouble with it. People I called couldn't hear me and there was a lot of static. I exchanged it and got another J7...same problem. So I asked for a different phone and the J3 was great, Fits better in my hand ans works beautifully. Highly recommend it!

If you are looking for a all around decent phone that can do everything well but nothing great than this is your phone. For the price, this is probably one of the better phones you can get.

I needed a replacement for my outdated LG no-contract phone. The salesperson described the Galaxy J3 features & capabilities, which did everything I needed so I thought I'd give it a try. It definitely meets all my expectations and more!

this phone is ok, it also has lot of space if you like to store lot in your phone. great for taking picture

I purchased this virgin mobile prepaid phone. marshmellow installed. I had to return because VM doesn't work in my office building. I like the phone. It reminds me of an updated s3.

I really liked the phone bc for its price it can do all the things that other samsung phones can.it has lots of apps that come with it as well.its seevice is still prepaid too.

The Virgin network works as well as Verizon and the prepaid phone fits our needs well. It does just about as much if not more than high priced units that come with big price tags and two year contracts. It is used for streaming movies on the go, need I say more.

I bought this for my husband. It was a great deal for the price. The only thing he didn't like is that it didn't come with a music player like older Samsung phones.

Has all the bells and whistles for cheaper price. I can text, take pics & videos of my grandson with very clear reception for calls.

I have had several Types of Virgin Mobile phones but theVirgin Mobile - Samsung Galaxy J3 Prepaid Cell Phone - Gold is by far the best one I have had. It is gettng close to time to upgrade and I will probably get another phone like this one/
