Was not set up at the store - I was told I needed to come back for that. I came back and was told that it should have been set up at purchase (what a waste of time). Yesterday, I spent nearly an hour on the phone with Virgin Mobile trying to set it up to connect to roaming Wifi. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the phone or Virgin Mobile.
