Great phone.Great price.comes with deep bass earbuds

Loving my new phone. The camera quality is awesome and it's super easy to use.

This is a pretty nice phone considering it's offered by virgin mobile. I mostly got it because of the 16gb storage. Usually virgin offers phones with very little storage but this one is pretty good.

Purchased this to replace my failing Galaxy S3. It wasn't huge like some of the other current phones and was a definite step up from the S3. I thought it was a great phone until I discovered it had no LED light to indicate an incoming message, missed call or other notifications. Since I spend a lot of time in places where the ringer has to be turned off, this is a serious shortcoming. Had to return it for a J7. Sad that I have to spend an extra $100 just to get a phone with a 59-cent LED on the front of the phone.

This phone is really good for taking pictures and playing games I highly recommend this phone to people who hadn't had a phone or is upgrading, I am happy I bought this phone.

Since I don't take a lot of selfies it doesn't bother me about the rear-facing camera. But if you are a selfie lover this is not the phone for you. Otherwise it is an excellent phone and has lots of storage space!

This phone is works well for basic things such as phone calls, texting, and utilizing various apps which is the function I use the most. The only negative I can think of so far is the quality of the camera and the photos this phone takes are not that great.

This phone has been great. The apps work quickly and well, the voice quality is very good, and I haven't had any issues with it (except the charger port is a little funky and I could send the phone in for repair or replacement, but then I'd have no phone for a week so I am reluctant to do so). I also like having a dedicated Samsung rep at my local store.

You get the good looks of the S5 and up for a reasonable price. No Magnetomer, so you can't use apps that require one (like a compass app). Does everything else that I've needed it to though(email, health apps, Facebook, web surf, kids games) sufficiently.

Good phone even after a few months it's still good

It was a pretty good phone starting out but I've had it less than six months and the screen has gone completely black; I haven't dropped it or gotten it wet. Also the camera sucks you have to keep tapping the screen in order for it to focus on the object. It also lags and kind of freezes when you've been on it for awhile.

You can never go wrong with Samsung and this phone delivers. Set up in less than 5 minutes. Off and running for my teen.

I bought this phone after my Gxy 3 died. I love this phone so far, it does options that the 3 didn't do. The price was so nice too.

This is my second smartphone I have ever owned and is worth every penny. A good entry level Samsung without Note premium.

I only had this phone for less than 3 months. When it stopped operating; it literally just stopped turning on. Best Buy would not help, and forwarded me to Samsung. If you attempt to contact Samsung via e-mail, you will be told this phone is not carried in the USA. Then you have to call Samsung, wait forever, and speak to someone with choppy English. This is not a dis on anyone, just a fact. When I finally got someone I could communicate with they assured me the phone was still under factory warranty and would not be charged. I was sent a prepaid UPS shipping sticker and sent the phone to the Texas repair center. Two weeks later I got a bill for as much as I paid for the phone. So now I'm looking for another phone. Do not waste your money or time with this phone....

great with google classroom and all google products

Wasn't enough for my taste but good for some tasks.

phone died after 30 days, the screen was mostly blank. I sent to Samsung and the proceeded to try to charge me 177 bucks, and a new one is 149.99. They said, said I had damaged it, which is why there would be no warranty. They said there was a "hairline" crack on the edge of the screen. I imagine it came like that but there was no way to prove it. So, no more Samsungs for me.

I am so diasappointed with this phone. Three-way (conference) calling does not work. CANNOT forward a text. Any group text with more than 2 people takes up to a day to download. Photos sent by text also slow to download or don't even come through.
