Haven't had service for 15 days
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Actually, phone has been good except that after nearly a year of use Virgin Mobile is now telling me that the megahertz are too low and that is why I can't get service either at home or it seems, anywhere else since the beginning of March. So the problem seems to be that this is a Virgin Mobile phone and not the phone itself.

TERRIBLE

What a joke.. almost every night I'll click on an app and my phone will say that is not installed. I can't receive picture or group messages. I've had it for about a month and I'm already buying a new phone because this one is just worthless.
