Great TV for the money. Pros: Great Picture! Good Sound. Wifi Cons The phone app don't work very well The TV apps or Vcast is not near as good as what Sony or Samsung offers.

The tv is super nice, excellent picture, and I can cast !

I bought this TV for my bedroom. I have a Panasonic 65ZT60 as my main tv, so my expectations were a bit tempered buying an LCD. The colors and black levels were way off out of the box. After a proper calibration, they got much better. You can find the settings online to get this TV close without paying for a calibration (though, if this is your main TV, absolutely get it calibrated ). Off axis viewing is marginal, as is the case with most LCD TVs. Mine is on a movable mount so that fixes the issue. Sound quality is decent.

For the price this TV has a great picture ,easy to set up.

I purchased this TV due to the ability to cast/stream videos to the TV. Other TVs have built in apps such as Hulu, Netflix, etc. which is great but I can also cast the content of web browsing from my laptop (using Chrome web browser) to the TV. So in my opinion, its versatile and functional for me. I have to say that the initial set up gave me a bit of trouble in which I had to call customer support. However, they were very responsive and was able to resolve the issue in an efficient manner. The only other issue is the stand/base that comes with this TV. It is wider than other brands but it doesn't affect the overall performance of this TV.

The TV was a really good price and the picture is perfect.

Was looking for a good 4K and found this as an open box purchase. Easy to set up out the box and picture is vibrant. But not for those who are not technically/computer inclined. Can be a bit cumbersome to adjust simple functions such as brightness and contrast because it can only be done through an app. Inputs can be a bit finicky with the cables used. Overall decent picture, but if a fan of the "soap opera" look, this is not the one for you. But does give deep color and good picture from HD source inputs.

Great picture great price Vizio is best brand out there

I love love this TV I initially wanted a smart TV but the only difference (besides the jump in price) was that the apps or how you controlled it was by your tv remote instead of your phone. I prefer being able to control the settings with my phone simply because its a lot easier to cast the videos from my phone/tablet to the tv.

wonderful vivid picture and a great surround type sound from the tv without the use of a soundbar to save money I wish I could use just one remote to put on and off, to change the volume either up or down, and to change directly the channel by punching in the number. To use two remotes is not a major problem but not as convenient

We are very happy with this TV. Great price for a 4k tv. The only thing others should be aware of when looking at this TV is that is is not a smart TV. It has Chromecast built in, but has no apps on its own. I would recommend this TV to anyone who is ok using their phone or video game console or apple tv to "make" the tv smart.

I bought this as an open box item for an unbelievable cost! When I got it home and set up, read the directions for a chrome cast TV, I was overly excited! All we have to do is find the SmartCast symbol on movie apps, pair my iPhone to the tv and we can watch anything!! And that's just one of the things it does easily!!!

Great picture, tuns on quick but the volume is not very good. Would only recommend if placing in s small enclosed, quiet room.

I really like that I can control the tv in various ways...my phone, tablet, or computer! The picture is dynamic and the size is perfect for my living room space.

The Vizio 55 Inch (E55-U-D2) has a great picture, and good sound. I purchased a Vizio sound bar (38 Inch 5.1) to enrich the theater experience. TheTV set up quickly the stand feet are of good quality so it has a very stable feeling when resting on the table. The V cast works good with my Apple iPhone 6

I wanted a smart TV for the basement to stream Netflix and decided with this TV for the price and size. I'm happy with the purchase. Good picture and quality.
