The colors are murky and cloudy. I made a grave mistake by not paying the $250 to the Geek Squad to calibrate the TV. It's sad to say that a $2000 TV doesn't come out of the box with an acceptable picture. Sadly, it's not so with any of the factory pre-sets. I've even tried many of the online recommendations to no avail. I mostly bought this based on the glowing CNET review but was sadly misled. Please don't follow me over that Vizio cliff.

This thing is awesome, only thing i don't like is I can't download extra apps. But other than that, its Great.

I love this tv for the price you can't beat it. 4K for the basement

This is an incredible buy for the price. The 240hz refresh rate and 4k capability along with the many features of the TV - wifi, Amazon Prime video, Netflix, auto HDMI detect, and so much more. I used the Sanus VLF525-B1 wall mount, and the leveling screws for this mount had trouble holding the TV level. I took one of the screws to Home Depot and found that it is an M5 metric machine screw. I replaced the bottom leveling screw (S) with a pan head M5-.8mm machine screw from Home Depot for $1.00 and that solved the leveling. I've been blown away just watching HD tv channels, but even more so when I popped in a blu-ray. I haven't done much with the 4k yet, but for me that's just an added bonus. I didn't care to have the 3D TV, which makes this perfect for me in time for college football kickoff 2015. This TV is amazing and at times jarringly crystal clear. This really emphasizes the meaning of Home Theater. Just simply incredible. Best Buy does price match all major online retailers as well - even though they list them out, the sales rep told me they would price match just about anyone (trying to move inventory).
