Great picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm really happy with my purchase. Received a good deal with the price match. The picture is really nice but definitely had to tweak the settings. "Game" picture setting worked best for me with some tweaks. Netflix 4k looks awesome! Hopefully there's more 4k content coming soon. Haven't used much of the smart features other than netflix but it seems to work well. The speakers are okay. I use a sound bar. The remote is cool..I don't really notice the keyboard on the bottom and it's definitely handy when it's needed. I'd recommend to others.

Outstanding !!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all I have to say that I was a little hesitant at first to buy this tv. The first flatscreen TV I had ever purchased was a Vizio ten years ago. The old tv worked great and the sound finally went out. This tv was an addition for the media room. This Visio tv has an awesome picture period. Navigation and remote are easy. No regrets and I am very pleased with purchase. The size is perfect for the room. I mounted it on the wall and hid all the wires. The bottom on the screen is 5 feet from the ground and the screen like massive. Truly a pleasure to watch. I hope anyone interested in this tv enjoys it as much as I do.

Very good TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV on sale. The free delivery and set up was a big plus. After many available video adjustments I can see so much more detail than the 65" DLP rear projection TV I had.Very satisfied with this Vizio. I had intensions on buying a 65" Sony. But for the same price this 70" Vizio is a better deal

fantastic picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the second VIZIO I've purchased and I love it. Out of the box it is easy to set up. I get my TV over the air, Netflix, and with a computer plugged into the TV via HDMI (of which there are 5). The TV does a great job of up converting everything to near 4K quality. Netflix original programming is in 4K, but you have to upgrade your service for a few dollars more. It's worth it. The picture quality is amazing. The sound quality of a VIZIO is good on it's own, but I recommend getting a sound for extra clarity and oomph.

Good overall product.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I still haven't used all the features to tell much. Quality picture as you could expect being a 4K. The only problem I have with it is you can't use a external hard drive with it, only a USB flashdrive and nothing over 4 Gigs per movie will work.

Q: Questionthere are 5 hdmi slots on the tv. which one should the cable box be connected to.there are 5 HDMI slots which one should the cable box be connected to.
Asked by Mr. B.
- A:Answer Unless your cable box is putting out 4K which is highly doubtful as of yet, use any of 1-4 and save 5 for new gaming systems until 4K cable or direc tv comes out with 4K units then use HDMI 5 for that.

Q: Questioncan you lay the tv flat
Asked by kb.
- A:Answer The directions for mounting the "feet" on the TV call for it to be lain flat on its screen on top of a table with soft material on top of it. That said, that's a lot of screen area, and I wouldn't make a habit of it by any means. I know it must be transported upright.

Q: QuestionWill the Visio M series 70" 4K provide a better viewing experience than my Hitachi 57" 1080I?We are satisfied with the HD picture on our Hitachi 57" 1080I TV. But who isn't looking for bigger and better. We only watch HD TV broadcasts provided by Dish Network and rent Blue Ray discs from Redbox. Our faces are about 16' from the TV screen. Would we have a better viewing experience with the Visio 70" 4K at this distance? Also, on the rare occasion, when we have company one of us will sit on our spare couch which is placed 90 degrees and 2" closer from where we normally sit. What will the the view be like from there? Should we buy this TV or wait for something that will better fit our situation?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer You absolutely would have a better viewing experience, especially for your Bluray viewing. The images are much like looking through a very clean window. I went from a 55" to the 70" and it makes a big difference in viewing experience. Just the size of the TV, for one. Everything is larger, easier to see. There should also be some improvement in the picture itself. The M series upconverts to "near 4K". It does make a difference to my eyes. Be sure to connect your Dish box to HDMI 1 thru 4 to get the best upconversion experience. As to viewing from the 90 degree couch - I just checked (I have a similar setup) and it still looks great! If you're buying this for 4K, be aware that there is very little of it available. Dish transmits at no more than 1080i - I don't know what their plans are to upgrade to 4K transmissions. You best bet for 4K content is currently YouTube. That being said, I will also say that I'm glad I didn't wait. I smile every time I watch a movie or a football game. And I will be ready for 4K DVDs and 4K transmissions from Directv in the relatively near future. :-)

Q: QuestionPurchased a 70" Vizio 4K tv but I'm not getting the full 2160 definition what am I doing wrong or what do I need to purchase to fix the problem?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The reality is that there is not much content available out there that is full 4K. Most is upscaled to the best degree that the processor can handle. Netflix and a few other providers have some 4K content, but it is still relatively new, so patience is the order of the day here. You will see a better picture in most case than you are used to no matter what provider you have in most cases. The only other thing I would suggest is looking in to who provides the best HD signal in your area and switching to them. Just because the provider is HD doesn't mean they quality of the 1080 is all the same, with compression rates and encoding it can vary visibly from one carrier to the next. for proof disconnect your cable or dish and go to an aerial antenna and look at how much more clear any local station is if you have that available. Most people are shocked when they do.

Asked by mat.
- A:Answer I currently have HDMI Hi-Def cable reception and my picture is near crystal clear. About the best I've ever had with this Hi-Def Cable system. I'm very pleased with the TV. It replaced a 70" SHARP 1080i TV that was not as clear as this Vizio - .wish I had bought this one to begin with. George

Q: Questioncan you match Walmarts price for Vizio 65" Smart TV?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer They will match wal marts price but make sure the model is exactly the same number because they do make different TVs specifically for Wal Mart so they can under price a cheaper made product.
