    No instructions in box. No battery in Pen. Not able to get battery type or size from Best Buy Chat. Still can't get it to work. Will be returning product . What a waste of time. DO NOT BUY.

    I got a dell inspiron 14 5000 2-in-1 and I got in a chat with a best buy person and she recommended this pen. I got it and I was so excited to use it. I even received this pen before my laptop. So once I got my laptop and was trying to connect with bluetooth, the pen wouldn’t turn in, or turn off before it connected to my computer, and overall I had trouble with it. I am going to send this pen back and get my money back.
