A: I bought the refurbished Waco Bamboo pen that was listed for 69.99. they said it was like New condition just that it wasn't in the original packaging. It came in a plastic bag and packaged in lots of bubble wrap in a very sturdy box. Nothing was missing as they stated in description. I went on-line to check all instruction out. Satisfied with my purchase I followed instructions and was using pen in less then 2 mins.
A: Same situation - no battery in the box. Called the Geek Squad number ans they offered to either send me the replacement or i could pick it up in store. For the person saying that it doesn't come with the battery, it's listed in the 'what's included' section on the product description.

The product you will be looking for is Bamboo Ink as that product works with 2-in-1 devices that have either MPP (Microsoft Pen Protocol) or AES (Active Stylus) pen technologies built in. The models that are inside those tested are: HP Pavilion x360 14-ba000 HP Pavilion x360 15-br000 If in doubt, I would suggest to reach out to the manufacturer of your device (HP) and clarify with them if either of these two technologies is built in in your device.
