I had tried all the fixes I could find online and nothing worked. My stylus was successfully paired through Bluetooth and the top Button was working, but the pen tip wouldn't write / no touch interface. The battery and manual guide was not included & finally discovered that the pen Not compatible with my Asus Q524UQK

It never worked and had to return it. I was disappointed by the geek squad. Not to mention, it’s powered by a AAAA battery. Not a AA, not a AAA, but a AAAA battery. Bamboo couldn’t make the pen with a AAA slot? BamBOO is right.

I bought this for my HP Pavilion x360 convertible and was very happy with using it. I found it easy to set up. I was using it in less then 2 mins after I opened the box. Not really tech shave so this impressed me.

Product came well package and I haven’t been able to find any visual or functional defects with the pen and I’ve been using it for a couple months now.

So unhappy with this. Wish I hadn’t purchased it at all.

Never buy a refurbished item. Items are missing in the box.

saved some money on the refurbished item and have no regerts, end user is happy

Funny I understand it’s refurbished but never tjouyit wouldn’t come with a battery like ughh.

A few months ago i purchase a brand new Bamboo Ink smart stylus from Best Buy to use with my HP Envy x360 Convertible 15m-cn0xxx but later returned it due to some weird issues i was having with my keyboard not working properly when the pen was in use. It would cause the keyboard to perform random tasks like for example, the backspaced button would jump to another programs window. i thought it was too expensive to be having to deal with such an annoying issue so i returned it. when i saw the refurbished version of it at just about $20 i thought what the heck, ill deal with it for 20 bucks and i ordered it. i had read reviews talking about the battery not being included and was prepared to buy some when it arrived but when it did i was happy to find out that mine did come with a battery included as well as the 3 extra tips. i was also pleased to see that, until now, i have not noticed any issues with the keyboard as i previously had with the new one i returned. All-in-all i think the refurbished one was the way to go as far as price and functionality goes. It even arrived 3 days earlier than scheduled so i would definitely recommend making this purchase

I've had this thing since 2020 and it's always worked great for use with my touchscreen laptop and with multiple drawing softwares (notables SAI and Clip Studio). It takes AAAA batteries which and it can be a bit annoying to find them at a regular store if the battery in the pen dies but thankfully the battery life seems to be pretty long, so it you buy a whole pack it should supply you for a while. Pen pressure is good, grip is good.

I was a bit skeptical to buy this at first because I was worried it wouldn’t sync with my computer. I have a Dell Inspiron and it works perfectly! It was very easy to sync with my computer and I would recommend. Makes taking notes on powerpoints easy.

The stylus is great, however there was no documentation included with the stylus. Took me an hour to finally get in touch with somebody at wacom (the manufacturer) to figure out that it takes a "AAAA" battery... would have been nice if there would have been something in the package telling me that.

Received this yesterday and despite it saying it included the extra nibs and battery, it was only the pen and nib case. Appears to have had a problem with the removable end where the battery goes in as it doesn't seat like it should. Return shipping is more than it's worth paying to send back so I'll attempt to make this usable and chalk it up as a lesson learned on buying anything refurbished or open box from Best Buy again.
