Good product works great for the price. i use the pen to draw and paint. I really like this pen.

The stylus works great with my laptop and the price was even better. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it indicates it comes with a battery and it did not. I went to the store and customer service did comp a new insignia 4A battery.

I love this pen! It works on my levono yoga 270 laptop and I use it to write notes on one note and it is an amazing stylus and I will forever use it till the day my laptop cannot work anymore.

The pen works well and you can't tell it is refurbished. The only reason I am not giving it 5/5 is that it didn't come with a battery like the description said it would. It takes a AAAA battery which is somewhat uncommon and difficult to find in stores.

It works well, does what i need it to do although sometimes the writting cuts off when using word. The grip isn’t that good for me, im used to drawing and writting with pencils. Too thick in shape for my preference. Other than that it does the job and it’s smooth.

Was skeptical about buying a used pen that was refurbished but it works great. I use this every day and have had no problems.

I lost the original bamboo ink I bought and really didn't want to spend $70 for a new one since I had a feeling I would eventually find it. This refurbished one was less than half the price and works just as well as the one I bought brand new. It even came with the set of nibs. The only thing that didn't come with this stylus was aaaa batteries, but that was fine with me as I had spares. Eventually I found my original stylus and cannot tell them apart. I now keep one at my desk and one in my bag so that I can have one available all the time.

Very easy to sync with my Microsoft office pro. I like that it came with extra tips and very affordable. Just need to restart computer after syncing. I actually ordered another one for my co worker

First and last refurbished item I will purchase, When I received this product it was missing a couple of tips and it didn't have a battery. None of this was listed when I made the purchase.

I got this pen to go with my Surface Pro and was not sure if it would not work properly as I purchased it refurbished, but thus far it has worked perfectly.

I purchased a refurbished pen that was certified by Geek Squad. The pen was NOT ready to be resold. The button at the end of the pen was practically falling off, rattling around when I practiced writing. I couldn't actually write, however, because the battery was not included, when the description said that it was. Other than that, there were very small details that should have been fixed but weren't. The clip on the pen was bent outward, which should have been an easy fix for Geek Squad. To top it all off, there were absolutely no papers to explain how to operate it. I was not aware of how to assign different functions for the buttons, nor do I know what the button at the top of the pen is for. This order was an extreme disappointment.

I’ve used it for a couple of weeks now and haven’t seen any issues even though it’s refurbished. It connected fine with my HP Pavilion 2-in-1 and the interchangeable tips are nice. Didn’t come with batteries though but it was an easy fix. There’s no way to really turn the pen off/on, so sometimes it connects to my laptop and sends in into tablet mode if I accidentally click one if it’s buttons, but that’s really a personal problem. All in all it’s a great deal though!

It worked just fine although i had doubts about its performance. I am not an artist or something i rarely use it for notes and stuff. Satisfied.

I originally purchased this pen to go with my new touchscreen laptop and get in to using different drawing apps. I use it almost every single day now. I like the programmable button on the end, I use it quite often. The only downside is that since I got it refurbished, the instruction manual wasn't very thorough, and it didn't have the included battery. I had to hunt down a AAAA battery. Not fun. Aside from that, very solid and high quality. Highly recommend.

Great stylus to use with a Windows 10 2-in-1 computer. Works as well as any other I have tried. Can be a real time save when using the computer in tablet mode.

This pen works perfectly. The only downside to buying refurbished is that there is no battery included. It does come with everything else though.

I bought this stylus so I could take better notes in my lectures at school. When I tried to pair the stylus with my device I found out it was defective. I contacted Wacom support and they should replace it, but I'm bummed I won't be able to use it as soon as I thought. Also my product did not come with the battery, just the nibs.

The Wacom Bamboo Ink Smart pen is awesome! I did however get it refurbished, but it works just as well as I would assume and new one would be. It is going to save me tons of money on school supplies because I can just write notes right on my laptop now. I highly recommend to individuals who do not like wasting a ton of money on stuff for school and enjoy using their laptop instead of wasting paper!

easy to set up and use with windows ink compatible tablets. the only negative was I had to purchase the battery separately

The Ink Smart pen works great - as long as you can recall what motions are necessary to do what. Read/study the on-line user guide carefully to get the most out of the pen.
