The blue tooth button is not stable and smooth. Most of the time it won't blink after clicking the button. I am going to return.

It is sort of ridiculous how expensive the surface accessories are, when you take into consideration how expensive the unit is, the should come with all these pens and keyboards.

So who knows if it works? Will now require an trip to the store to get the battery. So why even order online?!?

Don’t get the GeekSquad pen.

Changed computers. Used another identical pen on the same two computers, they worked perfectly fine. Checked the GS pen again, nothing. Returned it. Bought another Geek Squad Certified pen. SAME THING. Returned the second one too. Bought a brand new one. Worked fine.

Did not come with batteries

I guess that's the potential risk of going with these refurbed items... how they may not really have all the original accessories with them.
