A little larger than expected. But it does have decent water pressure. I can get one complete floss on one tank. I personally do not like to keep my mouth open leaning over the sink. So I will use it in "quadrants" of my mouth, turning it off, expelling the water out, then back on for the next section, floss, and repeat.

This water pic is very easy to use, maintain & store out of the way. Very effective in removing any food between the teeth.

Purchased this on the advice from my dentist and my gums and teeth fells so much better

This is a great Waterpik, it's easy to use, and works very well!

Purchased this with the hopes of convenience and ease. It's easy to use, but OH SO MESSY! The instructions say to keep your mouth closed, but it's impossible not to make a mess; dripping down your arm and out of your mouth; surely their's an easier way!

It works well - great for areas that floss cannot reach such as areas where a retainer might be.

Each use feels like you've just sat in the dentist's chair. In addition to giving you a good floss, it also serves as a gum agitator, which my dentist has recommended for me. My biggest complaint is that it does not hold the charge for very long and I find myself charging it every few days instead of once a week as stated in the product brochure. My other complaint is that I still have to use a string floss once weekly to remove all plaque.

Does the job well, way better than a regular floss

I use it twice a day and it's easier than the larger one I had before. Convenient and small, s it does not clutter the counter.

I recommend keeping my mouth pointed at sink when using this water flosser as it will create water splashes in your bathroom (no mention of this in the box) -- I know that seems like common sense but really don't underestimate the pressure it outputs. Item works well overall but I can't recommend since I have not used it long enough.

It does exactly what it says it does, so that's good.

Most negative reviews I've seen for this have complained that it doesn't spray long enough to do your whole mouth. I disagree. Be more efficient with it, and it will. Besides, I use this for quick hits or cleaning out my tonsil area. I use my main unit for the deep clean events. You will find yourself going to this one more often due to the fact that you can just pull it out and go vs. setting up the other unit. Pro tip: add some mouthwash to the mix.

I will recommend it to everyone, it takes time to get use to the "flow" but it's simple to use it.

Went on a 21 day trip overseas. The smaller one better than nothing by a long shot. Takes up less room in luggage.
