A: Choose a dual voltage model such as wp-560. Transformers will not work as 50 Hz will damage US/NA models.
A: We are sorry for the confusion. The charging instructions are on page 9 under the Battery Care section of the manual. We recommend that you charge the unit overnight (8-10 hours) after every 6-8 reservoirs of water.
Q: Can this water pic be used in the Shower? Is it waterproof?
A: Yes it is! I use mine inside the shower without any issues!

Q: can this waterpik be charged with out a usb ? Does it have a simple electric cord charger?
A: Yes! You simply plug it up in an outlet and charge it fully, about 24 hours to start, and then you use it until it needs charged again. I got mine beginning of July and haven’t had to recharge yet. I use it 4-5 times a week.
