Although our cordless models do not have a pressure setting quite as strong as our counter top models, it does not make any less effective. Ok, but water stream not long enough or strong

Also, stream is not that strong, so will not dislodge a lot of particles Brush does not work all that well. I have owned the big one and this one. Thought I wanted, but stream needs to be stronger

The device has two settings, and it cleans my teeth and gets into the deeper pockets in my gums. I highly recommend this item!

My first try I squirted water on mirror. I can now use it more freely there are two speeds and I choose to put warm water in because my teeth are sensitive. It clearly removes food in between teeth.

Usage direction even warn the mess the expelled water will make. I am not impressed nor use it as often as planned.
