I think its flossing capacity is way stronger than the previous version. The only thing that I'm less happy with is the length of the brush bristles, they're a little too long and thus poky.

This invention is marvelous. The brushing action is smooth and gentle, and then the waterpik action, using the same instrument, is forceful and highly effective. For the first time in my long life, I look forward to brushing my teeth. Wonderful!

I had to call customer service and give them the serial numbers because the shelf life of the product. After the trouble shoot I haven’t had any issues. This is my second one in 3 years but possible my last one.I do like that the flossier isn’t a separate.
