NOT SO GOOD

Also I was used to the cordless model where the flosser and brush were separate and the brush was cordless. I'm in a wheelchair and its hard to bend over the sink with the cord being attached.

GOOD BUT COULD BE BETTER

It cleans teeth well, is quiet but the brush head doesn't feel as good as my regular tooth brush. I like the sonic floss part as it is powerful and works as good as my last Waterpik, but the toothbrush head I think is too small for what I am used to.

Water pik stopped working

The water floss feature is great. However after about a month of use, the water pik stopped working. So going to have to figure out warranty repair. (Frown)

Is there something better out there?

I have two small quibbles, because it was quite expensive and I expected to have none. One is that the pause in the vibration that indicates you should switch to another quadrant of your mouth is so very faint you have to really pay attention to catch it. The other is that the bottom of the toothbrush constantly drips into its holder, probably because of the waterpik tubing that is attached to it. It gets quite unappealingly gunky under there.

Convenient All In One Device

This device merges it all into a single device. The only downside is it is a single user device... so if you have multiple family members, need one for each.. which then again takes up a lot of rare counter space.

Waterpic malfunction

The first after 3 years the waterpic stopped working so I bought another. After two months, this time the waterpic stop again working again. Took it back to BestBuy to find out that they had a 14 day return policy. Now I have to contact waterpik directly.
