Product is fine. But for $180 should include a full size brush head. The compact brush head is for child sized teeth. Also there is no travel charger, so if you go anywhere for more that 14 days you have to bring the whole unit. Another poorly thought out concept.

Expensive replacement brush heads, but other than that a solid product that performs as advertised.

Great product. Easy to use. Enough Pressure settings to find what works best for you.

Love this so much. Gave 4 stars because it’s not super easy to “share” with someone. We have different heads but it’s not as easy to swap out the heads and the heads frayed easy. Had to buy replacements quickly. Went with full size ones which we loved more.

The Brush with Floss speed up getting your teeth clean. It definitely is an improvement over a brush and string floss! I am wondering how my next dental visit will go?

The waterpik is powerful, but messy, The brush is too weak, doesn't feel like my teeth are cleaned afterwards. It is a good idea, but the two functions have not been perfected yet to work together in one device.

Worked well until it fell apart but I was able to return it just in time.

I have used the standard Water Pik for years. Decided to upgrade so I purchased the Waterpik-Sonic-Fusion 2.0. This was a bad mistake. It does not remove all particles between teeth, nor do my teeth feel clean even after using it with a full tank of water. I keep going back to my old model to ensure I have totally cleaned my teeth. I'll purchase an upgrade of the old style when I have the funds. This does not perform as it is described in the brochure or the ads.
