The compact brush head is for child sized teeth. Also there is no travel charger, so if you go anywhere for more that 14 days you have to bring the whole unit. Another poorly thought out concept.

Just look for the part number if interested: SFFB-2EW. The toothbrush head is designed to be small to fit in the back of your mouth at the correct angle for flossing. Waterpic malfunction

The first after 3 years the waterpic stopped working so I bought another. After two months, this time the waterpic stop again working again. Took it back to BestBuy to find out that they had a 14 day return policy. Now I have to contact waterpik directly.

Gave 4 stars because it’s not super easy to “share” with someone. We have different heads but it’s not as easy to swap out the heads and the heads frayed easy. Had to buy replacements quickly. Went with full size ones which we loved more.
