Doesn’t Work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It did not work. Two conversations with Waterpik customer service were not helpful. The second suggested that the problem was in my house wiring, and if I were unwilling to try a different circuit he could not assist me. I will return it for refund.

so much promise
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a sonic fusion so I could have a 2 in 1 unit. The brush is very poor compared to my sonicare brush. The brush does a poor job cleaning your teeth and the flosser can't be used at the same time as the brush. The money spent for this should expect a much better cleaning job. So close to a great combo unit but failed to deliver. Sent mine back to waterpik. 60 trail was a good deal but only needed a week to see the unit was not for me.
