    Seems good so far. Adjustable settings are easy to use to find your comfort level. Leaves teeth feeling clean. The one annoying thing is that the top is both a cover and storage compartment and the storage compartment easily comes open when you remove the top to refill the reservoir.

    After dentist suggestion. Purchased and love the flexibility and multi tips. Nice unit. Only thing is button might need to be reversed. Sprayer always sprays unless you press button. And if it slips. Sprays everywhere. So my pressing it should release the fluid. And unpressed should stop the spray
