This was purchased for a Father’s Day gift and my Pop loved it!! Ordered an attachment on Amazon so he could use it as a Neti pot as well!! (Electric nasal irrigator) It is absolutely perfect and exactly what we were looking for.
I bought this water flosser and expected it to last a very long time, I knew it would break at some point so I decided to get the 2 year plan along with it. I only had this water flosser for 9 DAYS and the button to stop the water from coming out of it is already broken. I’m very upset because I was expecting it to last longer and I don’t want to get another one if it’s just going to break in less than a month.
I am very sorry to hear this happened!! Running distilled white vinegar and warm water through the unit and handle regularly, as recommended, will prevent the issue by breaking down any buildup that may be accumulating. Here is a link to our cleaning blog that has detailed cleaning instructions.https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/product-support/articles/how-to-clean-waterpik-water-flosser-vinegar/

In the specifications, it is listed as rechargeable, but it is not. Seems like a good product so far, just not what I was expecting.
My wife is thrilled with how well this product works she had recently gotten braces and this is the only thing that works for her. The wired one is the better one it has better pressure I recommend not getting the wireless one.
This water flossed was a #1 recommendation for me and my boyfriend from our local orthodontics. Thread flossing was a headache for us. But we love flossing now because of this product. Best thing i put my money into.
The best; #1. cleans your teeth better than a toothbrush. If you ever used one, when you do...look into the bowl when using and you always find a particle or two with use...it gets where normal brushing doesn't/can't. Morning and night use will get you 5-7 years, but heck...aren't your teeth worth it?
(Suggestion: use with a bit of peroxide and mouthwash)

A:AnswerPreventative maintenance is best. Place a SMALL wad of tissue paper - and I really mean SMALL into the larger end of your removable piece. Straighten out a paper clip - a ;arge clip, that when straightened is longer than the removable tip, and force the wad thru the tip, taking all the gunk with it. May have to do that 2 or 3 times to make the tip clean agsin.

A:AnswerThe Ultra water flosser is available in several color options. The reservoir is the same size (22 ounces), the only difference is the color of the unit. The WP-100 is in white and the WP-112 comes in black.
A:AnswerDon’t really know...I’ve been using this model for many years...water to 2/3, mouth wash to about 7/8 rest hydrogen peroxide. Not a dentist or anything so don’t take this as researched or recommended, but it works for me.
