I could never really use correctly. It felt better just using the refusal accessories. It's ok....you have to commit to it.

leaks water; messy

Rubber seal wears out very quickly and water leaks all over. Be careful you don't get electrocuted. Waterpik will send replacement rubber seal gaskets if you call them.

If the product is cleaned and maintained as recommended and additives that are unsafe for the product are not being used, the reservoir valve should not need replaced. If you have a problem with flossing.

However, don't expect it to do as good of a job. I got it on sale so I don't mind paying for what I did for it, but it just isn't the quality that I thought it would be.

Good Accessories Tiny Tank!

My old models had much larger tanks that this replaced.

Not powerful enough

Too messy

Absolutely terrible product

I did all the troubleshooting from the website ( which tells me it’s a common issue). Nothing worked. Now it’s in a recycling plant somewhere.
