    I used to floss and was under an impression that all the food particles stuck between the gaps of my teeth would come out. I was surprised how much food was still left in the gaps of my teeth after using this. I mix some listrene along with warm water and use this right before going to bed and find this extremely satisfying. Different nozles help too. All in all a great buy.

    this will not help you learn the floss, it sprays high speed water between the teeth. Works great for teeth flossing, not so much for dancing (lots of water on walls)

    I got this to help me with my bad habit of not flossing and i have to say is work for me you do have to get into a routing of using it otr it will just sit there on the sink next to your toothbrush
