    I was disappointed in this Hard Drive. I have always used Seagate but heard great things about WD. This thing sounded made my computer sound like a 1990's dell computer trying to connect to AOL. Maybe it was faulty, but I returned it and went back to Seagate. I give it a 3 because I want to believe it was faulty but online reviews say its pretty common. I didn't see how the noise was worth any improvement in speed, which I did not experience.
