    I bought this to replace a 2tb WD Black Gaming Drive. This drive is a must if you have a large library of games. I now have plenty of storage to add any new games.

    Provides large storage. Great for back ups of media or games where fast loading times aren't a concern. It's faster spinning platter drive with a large chunk of cache so gaming from it shouldn't be too bad. I personally use it for non multiplayer gaming.

    Great high capacity hard drive. Would not say it is a "gaming hard drive" per se. Triple A and highly demanding games may suffer with limited read and write speeds. Great for smaller/indie games or backup and other data. A+

    Very well packaged. Not installed yet but ran it outside PC on cables. All good and just waiting on my mounting tray. Very quiet and minimal of vibration. With normal ambient noise you have to touch it to verify it's running/writing.

    Purchased this HDD for more storage capacity since my 3TB was full. The first drive was doa but best buy was able to send me a replacement and the second one worked right out of the box. Only thing about the drive is it can be loud when using it.
