Best investment I made for my PS five Pro I already had the external 2 TB to keep my PS4 games on . The console has 2 TB which sounds good but it goes quick! I originally was gonna get the 2 TB version but they were sold out and I wasn’t leaving there without one so I bit the bullet and invested in the 4 TB I’m so glad I did. I now have 6 TB including the console storage just for my PS5 games , all the ps4 versions go to my external 2TB (also a good investment and very affordable) .No more worrying about having to move PS5 games to and from external storage because you can’t play them from it , having to wait for them to transfer which takes sometimes an hour or more to do so. No more hiccups when you’re trying to download a new game and then you have to go through and decide what game you’re gonna delete to make room.I initially was going to get the 2 TB model but they didn’t have any and I just went all in and got the 4TB and honestly you might as well if you’re a gamer like me . Yes it’s a little pricier but the overall value you get from it is unmatched. Extremely simple to install. You can also change your settings so all your downloads go to the SSD and have your console free and clear .

Very good purchase, when playing online with PS5 remote play having the extra space to download games has been exceptional, started out buying disc but not being able to play games away from home because you have to have the physical disc in the player to play it, but with the digital version of your games you can play all your games without being stuck because of having to have the actual disc to play it, so with more memory with this ssd, you can load up all your games and can play them on the go without having to have the physical disc in place, being able to access all my games on the fly has been great, the KIDS love it

I have a PS5 Slim, I purchased this as a secondary and it runs fast. I have fiber internet and usually download at around 200 mbps because of where I am in my house. Using an ethernet connection that isn't too bad. My only gripe is not with the WD Black because I have bought them before, it is with the design of the secondary SSD of the PS5. Zero airflow. I opened it up to take this picture and it was really hot. So, I decided to remove it, put it in my new laptop and install a 2 TB that has a different heat sink on it. The WD Black is great but it needs air, the PS5 is enclosed. I would not use it for the PS5 extra SSD slot, but if you are looking for fast, it's fast.

It was fast and easy to install my 4TB SSD to my PS5. I have my entire PS5 library downloaded on the 4TB SSD. I had to test out my favorite game, Returnal on PS5 (3rd image). All my PS5 games run great on the SSD. I also have my old external hard drive for my old PS4 games which I still use. I am currently finishing up Spider-man 2 on this M.2 ssd which still runs flawlessly (4th pic) final pic is a PSVR2 game pixel ripped 1978.

Transfering games was a breeze, it’s really smooth and it is worth adding this to your PS5 to free up some console space. Even 300+ gb only took 3min which for me is fast enough. I’m used to waiting almost half an hour just to transfer games before. 100+ gb takes few seconds only.

Add 4TBs to my PS5 Pro and now i habe tons of room for all my games. Took less than 5 minites to install the drive and start usingnot to install games.

Fits in the PS5 like a charm! Increased my download speed by 6gb per second. And the “near” 4 terabytes are jaw dropping to look at. Can finally download the many 100gb games

Easy install little pricy for what it is but worth it.

This product is awesome. I bought it a few months ago. I’ve been able to move all of my games into this hard drive to free up so much space on my PS5.

PlayStation 5 comes with about half a terabyte of storage highly recommend upgrading SSID memory to any other size other than the base. Installing is a piece of cake. Look on YouTube for plenty of helpful gamers who show how to do it in less tham 5 mins. Have fun!

Outstanding performance. It loads seamlessly, and I can't believe how much space I have now. 2 terabytes are a lot, now imagine 4. My ps5 console storage echoes after moving everything and I still have half.
