A: YES AND NO!!! The reality is that it has the opportunity for a code inside, not the code itself inside the box. To get your free trial, you will need a 12-digit code to enter into playstation network. Your purchase will have a small colored paper with instructions on how to obtain this code. This colored paper will have a QR code (and URL address if you prefer) for you to access WD's designated webpage to get your PSN code. The main things you'll need when on this webpage are: the serial number of your specific drive (labeled SN on the back of the physical drive) and you'll need a document to upload that is "proof of purchase". BOTH ARE REQUIRED TO CONTINUE. And no, I have not seen a designated outline of what qualifies as proof of purchase, but I'm guessing a receipt of your purchase is what's needed for this. This is as far as I've gotten because when I was doing this, I was told that my Serial Number has already been used even though this is a new product and I've never used the voucher yet so...yeah, you get the opportunity to get a code, no real code inside.

    A must have if you have a large collection .

    Best investment I made for my PS five Pro I already had the external 2 TB to keep my PS4 games on . The console has 2 TB which sounds good but it goes quick! I originally was gonna get the 2 TB version but they were sold out and I wasn’t leaving there without one so I bit the bullet and invested in the 4 TB I’m so glad I did. I now have 6 TB including the console storage just for my PS5 games , all the ps4 versions go to my external 2TB (also a good investment and very affordable) .No more worrying about having to move PS5 games to and from external storage because you can’t play them from it , having to wait for them to transfer which takes sometimes an hour or more to do so. No more hiccups when you’re trying to download a new game and then you have to go through and decide what game you’re gonna delete to make room.I initially was going to get the 2 TB model but they didn’t have any and I just went all in and got the 4TB and honestly you might as well if you’re a gamer like me . Yes it’s a little pricier but the overall value you get from it is unmatched. Extremely simple to install. You can also change your settings so all your downloads go to the SSD and have your console free and clear .

    Great HD. Pricey, but worth it.

    HD has held up great. Transfer speed is superb. It’s been in my PS5 for almost three years and works just as well as the day I installed it. Highly recommend getting this. Zero complaints!

    4TB WD SN850P

    Very good purchase, when playing online with PS5 remote play having the extra space to download games has been exceptional, started out buying disc but not being able to play games away from home because you have to have the physical disc in the player to play it, but with the digital version of your games you can play all your games without being stuck because of having to have the actual disc to play it, so with more memory with this ssd, you can load up all your games and can play them on the go without having to have the physical disc in place, being able to access all my games on the fly has been great, the KIDS love it
