I purchased this for my new pc becuase I needed more space than my 250 ssd had. It was easy to install and thanks to the 7200 rpm that it boasts, I am able to call up items a lot quicker. It is a great product to have.

I bought this drive to replace my 500 GB Seagate that suddenly died. No problem with installation or setup. It does not come with mounting screws or connection wires, but I had them at home anyway. Good price with more capacity than I currently need.

I love Western Digital, their products work great and rarely fail. I helped a friend out who's drive died and this one was priced right and works great. There are faster and higher end drives out there but for what I needed this worked great.

Western Digital typically makes great high quality and durable products. This hard drive is no exception, it provides quiet and fast operation and should last for a good 5-6+ years.

My only "complaint" would be that you didn't actually have the model I was looking for so we ended up choosing a different one. I'm not very familiar with it all but it's my understanding these hard drives come in various "color" models.. for example, Black, Green, Red... everyone I asked at the store were unsure what I was talking about which was sort of surprising.. I had to request to take the product out of the box to ensure what color they were. The labels on the product are color coded. The person at the register reluctantly let me take a look but kept telling me all labels would be black... that was not the case. Maybe your computer people working in the stores need a bit more product knowledge?

Purchased this to replace a failed hard drive. Installed easily and the performance was what you would expect from a non-SSD drive. quiet and quick to install.

I would recommend this hard drive for anyone who needs to upgrade. I had problems with my original drive and easily installed it and was able to smoothly get Windows 7 installed and running in a short time. I've had no problems with it at all.

I bought this hard drive for my son's computer. Works great, excellent price. I decided to do a fresh install since the operating system had not been reinstalled since the computer was new. Makes a huge difference in the computers speed.

Bought the drive as a replacement for one that had failed. It installed smoothly and there were no problems with it operating as advertised.

I use these drives to make windows boot drive images. The included software makes this a breeze. Good value and easy to use.

I am using this to store my file backup data and 1 image copy for my Windows 10 computer with Samsung 850 pro 500GB SSD. Plenty of space and no reduction in system performance. Very quiet. On sale I only paid 40!

No issue what so ever. Installed and up and ruining in minutes. Not the fastest speed transfer rats but works well. Easy to install windows or just filles. 1 tb large enought for all files and photos you could ever want .

Large hard drives are easy to find, but are usually slow. Faster hard drives generally come with smaller storage capacities. This 1TB from WD runs at 6Gbs/sec and has plenty of room at a comparable price.

The HDD does exactly as expected, and for the price, an easy choice. Initially the computer didn't recognize the extra drive, but by going into Computer Management and formatting the drive from Disk Management, everything was resolved. I would buy this again when I need more space.

The go to WD BLUE! When you need a drive, I recommend these over many others for value and write speed. Best Buy is local and often has these in stock. I have yet to find them out of stock. In my experience as a technician I have not had a customer let me know about one of these failing on them and I have purchased 10+. Thanks WD and Best Buy for quality for those who need it!
