One good ssd for any type of desktop, especially if you need extra storage for games and even work files, it isn’t as slow as I expected, it’s actually an pretty good mid fast ssd for the price

Had to replace my old hard drive when it suddenly crashed. Hard drive replaced was 750GB. Plenty of room on this drive. No noticeable difference in speed. I was hoping for a faster seek time and load time. That is why I gave it only a 4-star. My old drive lasted 4 years. The computer was constantly on and running. Make sure you make a recovery disk of your operating system! This is a MUST DO! DO IT NOW!!!! Also, I used Carbonite as my backup and was able to restore all of my docs, music, videos, photos, etc. It took a while to restore but I got them back! I still use Carbonite and I also use iDrive. Well worth it. Especially after a hard drive failure. YOU LOOSE EVERYTHING! Gone forever! Let me know if you have any questions. I would love to help.
