I found this hard drive on Bestbuy.com on sale in stock locally. It was the best deal I could find on a 1TB 3.5 drive. It was everything I expected and from Western digital a trusted name. Couldn’t be happier.

WD makes solid hard drives, and this one is no exception. I needed to replace a client's drive in a hurry and this one fit the bill. Excellent price, comparable to online pricing.

Not sure what more you can say about these things. I will only ever buy WD HDD's. I have only had one let me down and that one came in an unmarked box from an online seller I will never use again.

started to use as a backup, then I changed my mind and had to reformat the hard drive. I then went ahead and used it as a backup for my whole system. And it still works very well I am very pleased. it

I bought this hard drive for my office computer and so far is working good, 5 months ago, excellent price. Never had a problem with WD warranty in the past, I create a clone of my main HD, so right now I have my OS and main programs back up.

Western Digital is a solid buy. Good product, great reputation. Have always been confident in their storage drives.

So far working good, my client has not had any issues with the new drive. The Windows 10 Load went alright, thank you.

The harddrive was easy to install. The WD clone software was easy to use once I figured out how to configure my BIOS on the the reboot. The BIOS had to be changed to other instead of UEFI. I upgraded from a 160Gb to a 1Tb and it was worth it.

Got this hard drive to throw into my existing desktop computer that I made into my Plex steaming server. With all the use it has gotten, it has preformed behind my expectorations. Rock solid and realiable for the price.

So good I signed up for a year with the Geek guys. My story: Bought a pc from Dell in 2013. Great machine. Then it crashed. I do web sites so my saved things were on the ISP. No data to worry about. So they put in a HD with Win10 and it was back in 2 days not the 10 promised. FANTASTIC. Now I have my 2013 machine and my son sent me a new 2020 Dell XPS with all the latest. So, I have two. Life is good.

One of the nice things I like is that the drives comes with access to cloning software, you can clone your boot drive to the new drive or your extended drive, install it and never worry about losing data. upgrading is a snap.

I have an SSD for my o.s. and wanted a hdd to store music, pictures and games I don't play a lot of so I don't use up the space in the SSD. This was on sale and worked as soon as I installed it. It was package nice and I had no issues. Great buy

7200 RPM, 64 MB buffer, SATA III, does the job as advertised. Still only get 5.9 Windows Experience hard disk score, which is about the best you'll get with out paying more for a hybrid or full SSD drive. No complaints.

The hard drive was very easy to install. I am not a computer genius by any means so I found the instructions easy to follow. If you have the Restore Disks that come with your computer, use those to set up everything.

Standard internal HD. Replaced a ten year old drive in an old TouchSmart 520. If this drive gets 10 years, it deserves 5 stars. Price was reasonable.
