Wanted a hard drive that let me play online games with my mom, but had to be fast. This was it. Totally awesome. Well worth the money.

There isn't a lot to say when it comes to Hard Disk devices. When they work, they work. When you need some space on the cheap WD has your back.

I popped this into my Dell Optiplex 990, installed 32 bit Windows 7 and it works like a charm. No complaints so far and it solved my crashing problem.

With all the Data today, I need more space. With all my Pictures, Videos, and music, I can keep all my Data on one drive now.

Bought this disk as a backup disk for my SSD primary disk. With some backup soft it runs every night or at shutdown of the computer. Reliable so far.

this is a great hard drive for the reason of using it for what it is a hard drive 1 tb is good wish i could of got a 2tb but trying to do a first time pc build is very costly. so i am good with this 1tb and my 120gb ssd for now planning on getting a 2 ssd for games.

For the price, the HDD is far more than adequate. I have had no issues so far and it has behaved as desired.

It does everything I need it to. My PC is way faster and the graphics are better. Worth it if you're playing a horribly unoptimized game like ARK.

I've always had good luck with WD drives. I was glad to find this one on sale. No cables though, so I had to buy a power adapter cable at a local PC store.

I had Best Buy geek squad install this in my all in one computer after my other hard drive failed and it is doing a job that it is supposed to.

The packaging states "Seamlessly migrate your current system to your new WD drive using Acronis TrueImage..." was far from seamless. WD Technical support asked for a 2 day test of the drive and only have support for 30 days. A Best Buy Geek stated it was impossible to transfer the old system to a new drive. The greek Squad would transfer the data only. It looks a lot like I have bought a spare data drive as opposed to a replacement for my failing hard drive. Not recommended for this purpose.
