My first time buying a head drive. It was very easy to install and worked great after installation.

Lost my 250gb internal SSD to a virus and needed extra space so was able to transfer to this drive and so far it has worked without a problem. Very easy to install cables and wires since they were already there.

I am using this drive as my secondary gaming drive (500 gig 850 Evo as primary), and I'm quite satisfied with the performance, especially with the price that I paid. I would recommend this drive to anyone wanting to add another TB of storage to their system, and keep in mind that this is 7200 RPM while other sizes of the WD Blues are 5400 RPM. While not a huge deal for most people, that fact might be important to some users.

I needed to replace my hard drive and this was an upgrade at a great price! Easy to install and works great .

Operating system XP on old drive was crashing. Installed new drive and recoverd a previous Acronis backup to new drive. Updated new drive. Saved using Acronis updated System from new drive back to the old drive making old drive a mirror of new. Verified old drive by booting up. Now have old drive as a bootable spare with clean operating system. Continue to use larger new drive with no problem. This process provided a failsafe for recovery for the price of a second SATA drive.
