Not my best choice but there wasn't any Seagate on the shelves. Works as intended and does what it supposed to. I have a liking of Seagate not because they may or may not be better but because they have been around longer. Good product none-the-less and I will be buying more without fail if I need another one..

I wanted to have extra storage for videos for my Scrapbooking busness. This drive meets my needs which now gives me a total of 2GB storage between the two drives. Was very easy to install on my new Dell PC.

Fast drives that are inexpensive and fairly fast compared to the WD green drives out there. I used two to put together a small home NAS that I mirror in software with Windows and it works great thus far!

I've been using this specific one for quite some time. I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to get a durable, long-lasting one of high quality. Extremely pleased with my purchase!

Hard drive was easy to install prior drive had crashed. Have always had good performance from WD drives. The drive that crashed was not a WD drive and only had for 3 years.

I bought this drive to replace a smaller 250GB drive. I find Western Digital drives to be more reliable than other brands, so I bought this one. This one was on sale, so I saved even more.

Not much I can say. Had a drive go bad and replaced with this one. Standard sata connection, and performance as expected. Has a good warranty, and only been used for about a month with no issues so far.

Nice drive at a good price. Runs cool and quite and has a 2 year warranty. A pleasant surprise was access to software which allows you clone your old drive to the new one. Easy to use and worked flawlessly.

Had an issue with my (old) desktop. Ended up having to replace the hard drive and Western Digital's 1TB internal hard drive came highly recommended. Works great, reads fast, no complaints!

It's a hard drive. You know what it is and what it's supposed to do lol. Decent price for the drive, needed it rather quickly & had a Best Buy gift card, so here we are.

When my client had a worn out drive and needed it replacing, Best Buy had exactly the drive I needed at a good price. The installation went well and drive ran perfectly.

I've been having problems with several computers in my office. I replaced the hard drives in almost all of them and it seems to have fixed the problems. It appears to be a good product so far!

Friend had a Failed HDD but I was still able to access the data. This worked as it should and I got him back up and running within 24 hours.

I've been building my own PC systems since 1990. I've used WD drives almost exclusively and (knock, knock) I've yet to have one fail. I can recommend the brand without reservation.

This is a great drive for basic applications and storage. I don't recommend for being used with you operating system, but works great when paired with a SSD for games and much more.

Its a hard drive.. it stores data and spins. Cant really ask to do much more. Does it well enough and hasn't failed. I call it a win. Certainly had my share of DOAs and this worked admirably.

As an IT professional I see a lot of drive failures. That's why I only use WD drives. I've purchased many of these and have never had to replace one for failure. WD drives have been. very reliable for me.

Easy to install. Dumped my operating system onto it quickly and easily with backup I did with Clonezilla, a program I highly recommend when replacing an about-to-fail hard drive.
