Failed after 25 days

The software program did an excellent job of cloning my hard drive. Swapped out my hard drive and replaced it with the 1T WD drive. Everything worked great until I started having crashes on the computer. I though it was the software. After trouble-shooting the problem, found the 1T WD to be at fault. Best Buy has a 30-day refund policy, so I exchanged it with another 1T WD Hard Drive. So far, this one is running without incident. I purchased many other WD drives in the past. This is the first one with problems. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.
