Excellent Hard Drive. Works as expected and is quiet.

I bought the hard drive to replace old one. It performs as good as a solid drive, and has a ton more space with less money. So far i am pleased with the reliability and performance.

Replaced a bad drive in my laptop. Install was easy and it works great. Will look for something like it again if needed.

This drive is easy to install and works well as my data drive. It comes with mounting screws but no rails or SATA cable. You can download Acronis Trueimage (WD edition) software from WD's website.

These hard drives perform very well and provide lots of storage for not very much money. So far the two drives I purchased have proven very reliable. The only drawback is the noise. Compared to smaller 2.5 inch drives and solid state drives, these tend to be a little noisy when writing data.

Western Digital are the best hard drives on the market. In my opinion. It just seems that the speeds are better and they seem to be quieter than Seagate

Easy to install. Works great. The transfer rate is excellent At times, it hits consistently 75 Mega Bytes/sec. Really nothing to complain about. It is all positive so far.

Reliable Hard drive that I am using for back-up storage. Certainly the 7200rpm speed and RAM cache help speed up performance. However, it's important (if possible) to test each drive before putting them into daily use.
