Acronis is a nice touch

Great hard drive

It turned out that my old hard drive was fine, so I didn't need the new one. However, I'm keeping it for the inevitable and would not hesitate to install the new hard drive.

Run of the mill consumer grade desktop hard drive

That's when I pick Blue. Reasonable enough in price, reasonable enough in performance. Designed with light use in mind. Dell will ship some computers with Blue hard drives, and those are at least covered under Dell's warranty. Certainly not my first choice, but they fit a particular need.

Hard Drive Upgrade For TiVo.

I upgraded my hard drive in my TiVo Primier 4. I replaced it with WD - Mainstream 1TB Internal Serial ATA Hard Drive and it installed and allowed the TiVo to configure it boot up with no issues.
