    used to clone a disk for archive needs. it wasn't DOA, about all that could be said until life of the disk is found.

    I'm not very tech savvy, needed a new hard drive. My computer repairman recommend Western Digital and the Best Buy salesperson suggested this one.. After some research I bought it and have been very satisfied.

    The drive packaging was very good and came with the usual set of screws and instructions. Since it's a standard SATA drive, no special set up or jumpers needed to be set. You just install it and go.
