    Bought it to replace a 5 year old sata hard drive. Not much faster considering this hard drive has 64 cache and the old one had 2 cache. But, to be honest, I haven't put the hard drive through much either.

    Bought this as a gift for my future son in law. I was shocked at how cheap you can get an internal 1 TB drive nowadays. Best Buy is always my go to store for computers and peripherals.

    The drive performance seems okay but it is very loud and vibrates a lot for a newer hard drive. If noise is not a concern, then it should be fine for normal usage.
