Western Digital drive are junk

My it guy says they never use the western digital drives any more because of hard failures. He says they just fail. Western digital does not respond to our or my IT firms request for warranty service. I have lost well over 35+ western digital drives in the past two years that all were inside warranty. Only about 6 have been replaced under warranty but it was like pulling teeth and took 2-4 months! Not worth saving 10 bucks for the hassle and loosing your data
