I used this to replace an aged WD 500gig. The drive was over 7 years old and was getting noisy. The included program helped me get all the data transferred to the new drive. Works great. First time with a Blue WD drive. It is used at home, can not tell any difference in the access or writing speed.

Great general purpose hard drive. These drives are solid and affordable.

HP has BIO's settings that don't allow you to throw another HD in unless you know what you are doing. I needed an identical drive and this does exactly what I needed and at the price point you can't go wrong.

Hello I find the hdd is very quiet and the stability of storing files with ease at fast speeds. I recommend this for the everyday users and those who don't want to have problems using their hdd daily!

For those of you who don't know, this is the WD blue hard drive that most people recommend for budget gaming builds. Works like it should.

I bought this drive to use with a new SSD drive. I am using it to store all my program files, pictures, and music on. It works extremely well for that purposed.

Nothing fancy, but a solid, good sized drive for a great price. Not going to be high performance, but for basic everyday application, it gets the job done.

Need to replace a failing drive on a desktop and this does a great job. The Acronis cloning software works well for copying all the data over.

This drive was an exact model match for a Dell computer with a failed drive. Took Win10 perfectly fine and have had no issues.

Saw this on sale for like $45.00 got it for my mom to upgrade her HD and now she is literally set for life XD

I do not know much about computers and this drive was easy to install and the set-up process was simple. would buy all over again.

I will only use WD in my computer those SEAGATE HD are not worth it never buy them and stick with WD and you can't go wrong.

it works. not the fastest HD but i am using it for extra storage so it serves me well.
