Good replacement hard drive

It is over five years old and past the extended warranties for parts. The Geeks checked it and said it only needed a new hard drive. The cost was minimal and labor was covered with our contract with the Geeks. The hard drive has been great! No problems.

WD is excellent quality

However, I've had very good experience with Western Digital hard drives; they typically last for several years if bought new. I also asked around at the computer refurbishing shop where I work, and the other techs there only trust Western Digital hard drives.
