I had to replace a faulty Seagate hard drive and this brand was recommended by the Geek Squad Agent and he was right. It has functioned perfectly and I expect it will be reliable for as long as I have the computer.

Bought this to replace a dead drive No problems, no issues with windows 10. I used this as a true data drive. I use an ssd drive to boot but use this drive for all file storage. Great purchase

It is my experience over many years that Western Digital makes the best SATA hard drives. They last long and hardly ever fail. This hard drive was the best choice as it replaced a dead Seagate hard drive.

Bought this for a friend. He's had it for a couple months with no issues. He needed a drive to store his video game library to relieve space on his raptor drive. It's great for storing music, pictures, and movies too.

Bought this during the deal of the day price. Well worth the money. Very easy to set up. My only complain is that SATA cable does not come with the box but overall very happy with the product.

Originally purchased as a replacement for my iMac. I found out that the problem was the video card not the hard drive so I bought an enclosure and now I use the hard drive to as a backup.
