    Got these drives for backup purposes. Didn’t need anything fancy. I wouldn’t use them for anything other than backups but they do the trick for that.

    Drive went in easy and formatted with no problems. Unfortunately you have to wait a year or two to know if the drive holds up, but I have had good luck with Western Digital in the past and see no reason this drive will not be a good choice.

    The drive worked out of the box. That's all I really ask of a product. WD is one of the better companies that makes HDDs. I would buy again if I have to.

    Works as expected no problems setting up. Works with Windows 10, Linux Mint and Ubuntu. Use to store data for retrieval later. No problems so far. Bought this drive when on sale.
