    Been using WD hard drives for years. ONLY use them for back up or archive now. I’m a video editor and way to many drives go back…Moved into the SSD world and love it ( still a bit pricey but prices are declining)

    I purchase these drives for use on DVRs and NVRs and they work great! I want to say I’ve had better luck these outliving the hard drives designed for surveillance.

    I found this at BestBuy when needing to add local storage for files. I find that it is quiet, it is fast, and it works very well on the USB port on my router to be used by all network users as needed.

    A hard drive that I have in my computer strictly for games, is almost full! LOL 4TB is not enough space. I think I have too many games but good price when it was needed.

    I cannot speak as to how well it performs as a main drive or one that is being accessed a lot because I use this drive to store my onsite backups and I have only had it since December. For my usage and limited time with the drive, I have no complaints so far.
