Works perfectly and very good value. What more is there to say? Early days though but WD has a good reputation.

Bought this drive to supplement the 2GB SSD I have on my computer. Super easy to install and format and works great. Lots of storage data, and writes to faster than I thought it would. Recommend it to anyone who is looking for a larger 2nd or 3rd hard drive.

These WD blues are ideal for desktop computers. They offer decent speed and hefty storage for basic computer needs like larger file storage. Would use them for multimedia (audio, movies, etc) systems and for business. Great drives, especially for the price.

Easy to install the drive. Installed as a second hard drive for additional storage. Some tips: 1) you will need to format the drive once it is installed 2)you probably need an additional SATA cable (not included) and 3) you may also need brackets for the drive if you are adding it as a 2nd drive like me. Overall, pleased so far with the speed of the drive.

Much quieter than my previous 7200 RPM hard drive, and since I only use it for storage in combination with an SSD for systems, speed is not a priority for me. It's been working pretty well so far.

Large amount of storage for a decent price. Obviously it is not used as a boot drive but it has all of my videos for youtube and all my games installed on it.

This drive works great allowing me to put all my documents. videos and picture on with room to spare. I put in a PC that the hard drive had failed and I was able to move everything from all my external drives to the 4 TB drive. I see no difference in performance versus the 3 TB I replaced.

Needed a bigger harddrive. Bought this one. Great harddrive for the price!

I have used many drive brands during 20+ years, but I always return to Western Digital. This 4TB HDD was easy to install, format, and a great price. I have only had it a few weeks so I cannot attest to its long term performance, but I am happy so far.

This works great for me, it was for our outdoor cameras that the base of it did not come with a hard drive. Way to much TB's for what we needed, but the price was fantastic to why not go with the enormous space.

Big Storage drive Great big storage for large videos and pictures. This was purchased to store data that’s not accessed too much. At 4TB, this storage unit will last me a while and can be a good backup drive. Purchasing SSD drives would have been nice, but the price tag would have been to expensive. I’m happy with this purchase.

I bought this 4TB drive to update my 2TB drive with Windodws 10..

Durable and reliable storage. I quit using Seagate. Toshiba is junk. WD drives always have high reliability rates. Great read speeds too. I use this as a secondary drive in my system.

WD - Desktop Everyday 4TB Internal SATA Hard Drive for Desktops I am very pleased with the ease of installation and operation. I have an older computer and had to get a SATA card for my P.C. After I installed the driver for my new PCI SATA it worked great. Note if you are using Linux and have to do the same make sure you get a Linux compatible card.
