It has good amount of storage for the price. It is reliable.

So far so good. We just downloaded drivers from HP (WIndows 10 and Mac), installed them and it's working fine so far. We've used color and duplex printing, but we haven't tried scanning yet. The printer is on our wireless network.

WD Drives have served me well in the past, I expect nothing different from this one. Obviously, since it is new, I can't comment on reliability.

I needed a drive for quickly transferring files between systems using an external dock and this works great. It's not a speed demon, but if you need a reliable drive for backup and transfer it'll do the job.

Bought this since I am moving all my media to digital and setting up an Emby server. This works great and will store most of my content!

This is a large capacity internal drive. Time will show if it is reliable, anyone should have full backups, if it fails it will be replaced again. Fortunately the prices of HDDs are low enough to make this fairly pain free.

The other big leader in the industry has failed on me after just a few hours so I haven't used them in years. The Western Digital derivatives include HGST, and Toshiba but still I stick with the fully branded version. Usually I only buy 7200 RPM drives for my workstation and usually Black label. This has had a few different lives in the short time I've owned it including a boot a server folder backup drive in Windows Server 2016 followed by a transport drive to reinstall a large partition. Finally it has landed in a security DVR and it hasn't complained one bit.

Great capacity and performance for the price. Never have had a WD drive die on me so they are not bad quality either.

More than enough storage to set up a NAS. I think it's a little bit pricey though but it works nonetheless.

I'm using this for recording. It is quiet and responds well to the speed of recording. It is creating satisfactory performance for the price.

Not the best hard drive, but if your on a budget and not using them for NAS use. The are good drives

I bought this hard drive for my friend’s new pc build as second storage drive. It works fine. Good amount of storage for the price. It takes a bit to load, perfectly uses as backup and storage. Dont use this as a primary drive, you need ssd for speed load.

I bought this over a year ago to expand the store in my PS4 and it has worked flawlessly. Just FYI - you do have to buy the Niko DataBank in order to get this hard drive to work with PS4 but I knew that before hand.

Bought this drive to update my internal storage. It was a simple install and I did it myself. Got the drive up and running in no time. Great drive.
