I would stay away from the 3TB models. For some reason they do not get over 70-80% benchmark scores.

Drive great - HelpDesk questionable.

Western Digital HelpDesk, primarily simply answer the phone than have to ask someone else for the actually assistance.

This was a second hard drive for my 4-year old desktop. The installation was straightforward and (so far) the drive works perfectly.

Great for use in NAS/Drobo

Recommend!

Good long term storage and capacity

Data transfer was uneventful, and a significant improvement from old drive.

Does a good job

After that had all gotten worked out, the drive is pretty large and reasonably fast. I have only had it for a couple weeks but it's showing no errors and haven't had any issues with it.
