Buyer Beware - WD is shipping SMR drives in these.

From the specifications listed on Bestbuy's page, as well as the recent reviews noting that these packages contain the EZRZ variant of the drives, I was confident that I was purchasing a drive which would suit my needs. Imagine my surprise to open the box and find that WD had shipped a SMR drive in it (EZAZ). Unfortunately, it's not what I need, nor is it what was advertised, so I'll be returning it. After WD's debacle with sneaking SMR into RAID drives, one would hope they would have learned, but apparently not.

4 TB Hard drive Good Performance
